The project is wide-ranging and includes reviewing and strengthening the programs for Special Education and Early Childhood Education. Another objecticve is a focus on multi-level classes and teaching in the rural areas, but the milestone achievement is the upgrading of the current Certiificate in Primary Teaching to a Diploma.
